of specific legal issues; this session discusses how to make this process safe and effective.
Wil is a member of Chartwell's Corporate Finance practice, where he focuses on providing ownership transition strategies, including the execution of traditional M&A processes for both sell-side and buy-side transactions. Will provides corporate consulting services to both private and ESOP companies and has experience within a variety of industry sectors. He also has significant experience in performing valuations of privately held companies for corporate planning, equity compensation plans, tax, financial reporting, and transaction related purposes.

Michael advises clients on tax, ERISA and related issues affecting equity compensation, deferred compensation, executive compensation, pension, ESOP and 401(k) arrangements.
