COVID-19 Protocols

As COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, the NCEO will continue to make every effort to ensure the safety of our attendees based on guidance and collaboration with local and national officials. We look forward to welcoming you.

The NCEO is working to ensure that all individuals onsite—attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel—are safe and comfortable throughout the event. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and will be in constant communication with our partners at the Omni Hotel San Diego.

NCEO's Duty of Care Plan

Attendees will have the ability to choose and display ribbons indicating their level of personal comfort onsite. Display ribbons are not indicative of an individual's vaccination status. The ribbons will have the following noted:

Red: I Need Distance, Please

Yellow: Elbow Bump

Blue: Hugs Will Do

Face masks are strongly encouraged; help us keep the employee ownership community safe!

On May 13, 2021, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that fully vaccinated people can resume normal activities without wearing a mask or physically distancing in most settings, except where required by federal, state, local, tribal or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance. More information is available here.

Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the meeting space. The Omni San Diego will continue to execute their Omni Safe & Clean policies.
