Alan assists clients with all phases of ESOPs, including formation, compliance, controversy, and termination. His practice includes executive compensation and other benefits matters for private and publicly held companies. Alan is a member of the Missouri Bar, the NCEO and The ESOP Association. Alan is a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law and Washington University in St. Louis.
