Frequently Asked Questions

All you'll need is your computer and a reliable internet connection. You may use your webcam in video chats but it is not required.

If you booked accommodations through our room block, the Omni San Diego has canceled it. There is no penalty or action needed at this time, and you will be receiving an email with an official reservation cancellation number. You do not need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.

If you booked outside the official Forum hotel block, you will need to cancel that reservation yourself.

During this time of heightened health concerns, some airlines have relaxed their cancellation policies. Please contact your specific airline for more information on its policies and how to cancel your reservation.
