Travel to the Hotel

When you arrive to Phoenix, consider taking a shuttle or bus downtown to the hotel, or sharing an Uber with a friend!

Registration & Check In

Main Registration will begin at 10:00AM Wednesday August 26th, and remain open throughout the Forum. The registration desk can be found on the 3rd floor in the pre-function space.

Dress Code

Business casual is encouraged for all attendees.

Mobile App

The best way to get to know what is going on at the 2026 NCEO Forum is to use our mobile app. Download this by searching "NCEO Events" in your app store, and logging in with your email and registrant ID.

From there, navigate the agenda, network with other attendees, find the wifi password, locate the maps, and enjoy!

NCEO MEMBER LOUNGE

Can be found on the 3rd floor of the event, located inside Phoenix Ballroom D.

Reusable Drinkware

Bring your reusable water bottle—you will want to stay hydrated during this event! Water stations will be available throughout session rooms.

NCEO events have been marked by a high degree of respectful and appreciative interactions between attendees. To ensure a productive meeting for all attendees, the NCEO strives to provide a suitable learning environment for everyone. Please consider how your words and actions impact those around you and use discretion in public settings. Courtesy toward others is essential; use the following guidelines to inform your interactions with your fellow attendees.
 
PROHIBITED ACTIONS or BEHAVIOR
Assaulting, threatening, bullying, and/or harassing another person.

Discriminatory conduct of any nature, including but not limited to slurs or comments related to race, religion, ethnicity, nationality, age, disability, sexual orientation, or gender  and/or any conduct that could cause discomfort or perceived lack of respect to others.

Lewd or offensive behavior, such as obscene language or conduct.

Failure to comply with the policies, rules, or instructions of the NCEO staff, the event facility, the hotel(s) affiliated with the event, or security officers.

REPORTING INAPPROPRIATE CONDUCT
If you observe or experience harassment, discrimination, or other inappropriate treatment, please
contact NCEO staff. You may do so in person, or via email at conduct@nceo.org. The NCEO will keep your identity confidential.

Any violation of this code will be dealt with at the discretion of NCEO staff and may include a formal warning or a temporary or permanent ban from NCEO events and affiliation.
