You may cancel your registration at any time and receive a refund less an administrative fee of $75.00 per person until July 1st, 2026, at 12 am. After July 1st, if you wish to cancel, you will receive a refund less an administrative fee of $150.00 per person until August 3rd, 2026 at 12 am.
We will issue a refund using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For checks, you must submit secure ACH details for a refund. No refunds will be sent via check.
Any cancellations made after August 3rd, 2026, at 12 am will not be refunded or credited.
NCEO attendees: In the event of name changes, room cancellations, or modifications needing to be made to your hotel reservation, please contact Eva Lianos at eventhelp@nceo.org to facilitate directly with our hotel partners and complete your reservation request. If you do not properly cancel your room, the NCEO will retain your registration payment to pay for cancellation fees incurred for hotels.
