Built for This Moment: A Celebration of Employee Ownership

We're in the middle of the largest ownership transfer in history—one that's reshaping not just how we work, but who gets to inform and share in its outcomes. For organizations ready to rise to the moment, employee ownership is both a competitive advantage and a cultural foundation built on trust, alignment, and accountability.

Shannon's keynote celebrates that foundation. Through stories, real-world examples, and shared recognition of employee-owners in the room, she brings the model to life in a way that's equal parts inspiring and practical. The core belief driving her work: purpose and profit don't have to compete—employee ownership is what puts them in alignment.

Attendees leave reenergized, grounded in what employee ownership is making possible today, and proud to be part of a movement built by changemakers, for changemakers.
