You may cancel your registration at any time and receive a refund less an administrative fee of $75.00 per person until July 18th, 2025 at 12 am. After August 4th, if you wish to cancel you will receive a refund less an administrative fee of $150.00 per person until August 18th, 2025 at 12 am. No refunds will be given after August 18th, 2025.

 

We will issue a refund using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For checks, you must submit secure ACH details for a refund. No refunds will be sent via check.

 

Any cancellations made after August 18th, 2025 at 12 am will not be refunded or credited.
